Privacy

In short: your photos never leave your computer. Privisma Photo Organizer runs entirely on your machine. This website is deliberately lean: no contact forms, no user accounts and no payment processing on the site itself.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, USA) via the “Cloudflare Workers” service. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type) to deliver the site and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure, efficient operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As data may be transferred to the USA, this is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Details: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

3. Server log files

The access data mentioned above is stored in server log files and used solely for technical operation. I do not combine it with other data or identify individuals.

4. Fonts and videos

Fonts and videos are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts or YouTube).

5. Visitor statistics

Cloudflare compiles aggregated statistics from server access (e.g. number of visits, countries). No script is embedded in the site and no cookies are set; individual visitors are not identified. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Purchase and license key

Purchases are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, London, United Kingdom). When you go there and enter your details (e.g. email address, payment details), the provider processes them under its own responsibility; its privacy policy applies: paddle.com/legal/privacy. I only receive your name, email address, country and order number to create and send your license key and to help you with questions – I never see payment details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Transferring this order data to Paraguay is necessary to perform the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

7. The program itself

Privisma Photo Organizer uploads no pictures, needs no account and sends no usage data. Photos, index and settings stay on your computer. The license key is checked offline in the program.

8. Contact by email

If you email me, I process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please use the contact address above.
