30-day money-back guarantee – no conditions. If you are not happy with the full version, you get the full purchase price back within 30 days of purchase.

How to get your money back

Email support@privisma.com with the order number from your purchase confirmation. A short reason helps me improve Privisma – but it is optional. You can also request the refund directly from Paddle: paddle.net.

What happens next

Paddle refunds your original payment method; depending on your bank it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to your license

With the refund, the license ends. Later versions of Privisma may run as the free version again. Your photos and everything you have already sorted of course stay where they are.

After 30 days

Even after that, we will find a fair solution if something went wrong – for example an accidental double purchase. Just write to me.

Statutory rights

Your statutory consumer rights, such as a right of withdrawal, are not affected by this guarantee. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).
